I always mix my FSO in my oatmeal (Meal II). I actually enjoy the taste when it's mixed with oats- as weird as that may sound. Add a little bit of Splenda to it....
I agree that your meal #1 is not a real meal.....sounds like you need a little more. Here's what my trainer put me on:
Meal I: 1/2 grapefruit
Meal II: 1/2 cup oats, 3 whites, 1 tbs. flaxseed...
