You do have a point but the OP said nothing about only going to the gym to lift. He said "never lift again". So by never lifting again in my mind, that's never lifting a bucket of milk, never doing...
@ OP I'm not going to hate on you or anything. I'd kill for your low bf% and being able to compete and all. I think you look a lot better than a whole bunch of 17 year olds (including me).
I'm not sure. I'd probably accept about $50 mil and i'll never lift again. that way i'll be able to support myself for probably the rest of my life, eat like crazy, and still stay in shape by paying...
the gym i go to is fairly small and the lighter dumbbells like the 20-30lbs are always taken so i don't do flys often nor do i ever get the chance to use the cable crossover machine
