What are your macros like OP? I bet you think you eat a lot, but in reality probably do not and arent tracking what you're taking in so you arent consistent...are we wrong?

I have tried many rep variations for legs, and I find pumping them with blood has been the best...bedsides, nothing beats a good pump ;)

Remember OP, creatine is stored intra-cellular. You won't retain much weight from it that'll be very noticeable...

I know you just began, but be sure to take note if you experienced any appetite suppression from the Ab Igniter Black or Garcinia Chews. The chews seem to really help me with kicking sweet cravings...
On your cardio sessions, are you doing LISS cardio, or are you also adding in some HIIT?
Weird, hadn't hear of this one before, but it doesn't mean it's not possible. I would just follow your doctors advice or switch to plain creatine mono and see if that makes a difference.
Why not make your own shake to your liking and macro needs?
