I'm bulking on 2 meals a day but it's spread out 4-5 hours and that's even cutting it close sometimes.
I'm running a modified PHAT with only two hypertrophy days (upper/lower).
Power days I'm staying in that 5-8 rep range. Hypertrophy days every lift is 2x15, 3x10, 4x8 depending on the week.
depends on how fast you're wanting to add mass.
If you're only doing legs for the next two months I don't see anything wrong with +500-600 on lifting days and eating at maintenance on rest days....
exactly all of this. During my cut I was eating probably 60-70% of carbs as my last meal before bed.

Fill in carbs with remaining cals...don't skimp on fats.
