I'm on a new sleep (sleepless) cycle because of work. For 3 days now, I've not been able to get enough good sleep. So I'm considering trying some melatonin to use as a sleep aid; it would be taken...

I have to agree with Kikamek! It's not like stateside where they give you one meat, one starch, ect...it's whatever you want and as much of it. The food isn't bad here in Afghanistan but it does...
