That's what I came here for. Surely somebody here can name 1 or two exercises that can improve this.

I used to do a hundred every night. That, and a hundred knee-ups. Worked pretty good, but no legs or traps came in, so I started lifting more. So... I would say doing them everynight is OK. But...
