consuming about 3000 cals a day maintenance is about 2600. possibly may cut down since body fat % is getting a little high
so my estimates seem pretty spot on, a little too kind to myself even haha. I'm thinking maybe i should try shred some body fat before i continue my bulk... thoughts?
