I finally feel much more comfortable with the jerk.

practiced hook grip release and did some pause work on clean and jerk
it'd been more than 3 months since i front squatted more than 315lbs and the last time i maxed front squat was in january.
still hit a pr tho
I've been at around 185 for quite a while now.

PR. It took three tries to get, and then did two more sets with the same weight.
Sloppy foot work
I've been doing Catalyst's strength/position cycle with few changes.
Here's a three position snatch PR and a set of power clean+push press+jerk from today.
Clean double PR today. Did total of six sets of clean double with this weight.
This was the last (5th, 6th clean double) 2+1 set.
Lol it's most likely temporary at the worst.
well, i am no expert, but i'd say try not to hyperextend your wrists when you catch the bar on snatch and cnj, and take some nasid to control inflammation.
this wrist and hand sequence helped me...
Possibly irritated median nerve? Most likely from wrist extention if so.
