One more thing to throw out there: Maybe some type of supplementation would benefit you in this situation.

This suggestion is two-fold.

Was the doctor able to identify what exactly this "previous injury" was? As in, what part of your body (ligaments, tendons, muscles, etc..) did you initially hurt that in turn caused this build up...

BTW, I don't know if this is of any significance these days (I rarely read/post on the forum anymore) but I will rep EVERYONE who replies. This is a promise.
