Lowering your bodyfat will help the most tho, as most of it still still fat, it's just sectioned on your lower adominals like alot of men have.
Have the same, don't have any pic's tho - but you can forget about the chick-magnet bodystyle in the end. Something like pic above is what you'll get when you lean out.
There's hardly anything to cut to, there's no chest or no arms as far as the picture can tell.
Can't say about the rest, but i assume it's the same.
I'd say skip a summer.
Back looks good, delts look good for as far as i can see with this light.
Doesn't look like your flexing in the before back pic tho, as much as the after pic.
