Impressive. I don't understand how you have the energy to train, work and live a life on 700 kcal.
But on the other hand you have those high kcal days, that perhaps helps you through this adventure.
S: No matter how you look at it, squats will always be THE no 1 leg exercise. Let's cross our fingers and legs
