215 x 3 3 3 3 5 close grip bench pr yesterday
also Dips.. Bw+115 x 3 felt best it ever did
well it's been fun being a fatass lol but....back to going in the right direction.
225 5 sets of 3 bench
struggled with 195 less than 2 months ago.
ended up 4500 for the week. maintaining so going to stick with it awhile and see what happens.
adjust as I go.

so I was reading Alberto Nunez's old log..and it just inspires me how he approached all.
I am happy now.. taking it slow.
