Why not register to a show 2 weeks or so after the date of this one? Instead of trying to lose so much weight as fast as possible (= sure muscle lost), you can add two weeks to your diet and come in...

I wouldnt say everyone's in a great shape, but I'd definitly say those "abs" most teen in this board strive to achieve ... most israeli teens has achieved em :)

The Israeli BB scene is not developed even in Europian terms but it's definitly growing. We have all the supplements we need here, excluding PH...

There are lots of Israeli teens who are nicely developed as well as adults. This NABBA show doesn't reflect the bodybuilding scene... IFBB shows aren't too good as well but level is definitly higher...

I think you are looking OK. Sure, there's room for improvment but overall you are big, especially for a teen. In the back pic you can see that you don't have bad proportions between your shoulder...
