have u worked that ab section? If not do alot leg raises.
people are different i sweat alot to.
on the biceps and udner the shoulders i have soem to but not much.
i use barbell and i cnat feel that my hams work. Its lower back ex.
can u say it more simpel not that good at english.
it tastes alot better when cooled down. If u use after workout u shud mix some sugar or smth into for recovery.
Cool down tea and drink it when working out? what about that?
