I've spent a bit of my life in Cali and have family there. Colombia has a bit of precipitation. Are you referring to cartels burning down your home? If so, that hasn't been a worry in quite some time.

We call the WP/Fraser area the icebox of Colorado because it stays colder than most of the other areas in the state. You should have great powder in April. WP is the perfect place to go that late...
