I pretty much hate my current body, so please tell me what to improve(specific muscle groups, bodyfat...) to be more aesthetically pleasing. I'll try to rep everybody....
Bulking = lifting heavy, eating whatever you want, lots of energy during the day.
Cutting = lifting heavy + cardio, watching what you eat, no energy during the day.
