    YOU DONT KNOW ****. Jp I prefer all ranges mostly from 8-15, low ranges work too. Doing that always has worked for me. Im just saying 20 reps with a good weight will make your legs grow.

    Its a good start but Id change your rep scheme up a little. If you do 20 rep squats and keep advancing the weight your legs will get size.
