If you want to be strong and big, lift for strength and eat for size. It might be slightly slower in the muscle size category, but you get the strength you desire along with the size.

If you aren't lactose intolerant, quit complaining you can't get calories. Milk is so easy to get good quality nutrition and get calories in without feeling overstuffed.
