50 is just a number... I started at 49, been the best 3yrs of my life (health wise)!
Work hard, diet harder, enjoy yourself. And take plenty of time to recover!
I wasn't going to jump in, but I like this part... My goal/target I shoot for is 30g of sugars per day.
I think your average "Clif" bar has 32g just to get an idea.
For me, carb management is key...
