It worked well. I am going to pay closer attention going forward to all pre workout meals. I think I just got to overzealous about cutting back in order to drop weight.

I did....but I made changes and upped the carbs. I think it's fair to say I feel like an ass. I felt so much better throughout the workout and was not out of commission the entire next 2 days.
