I took a break from the bench press for 3 months, and I tried to do my max today, and its significantly lower than my max 3 months ago. Is this normal? My max was 290x2 in october,now its 235x2
I start bench press workouts for the 1st time today, after testing my max last week(stupid I know). Any workout suggestions on what I can do to get Started right? Thanks
