    simple... 1 cup of uncooked oats 1 1/2 scoops...

    simple...
    1 cup of uncooked oats
    1 1/2 scoops of whey
    1 cup of cold water

    mix it around and ready

    ps. just as a tip, slowly add the water to the mix.. it makes the oats softer for some reason
