Ethan can you please elaborate on why madcows is better than the push/pull routine?
Main goal is hypertrophy. Ive been lifting seriously for about a year. I dont like madcows very much as I love getting a good pump every workout.
4 day Push/Pull I plan on doing soon:
Mon:
Squat 3x5
Bench (madcows progression)
Incline Bench 3x8
lateral raises 3x10 ss w/ rear delt raises
weighted dips 3x6-8
skullcrushers 3x12
I wouldn't go heavy on it but I would add 1-2 sets of high rep DB presses at the end as a "finisher"
The only downside is the extremely high living costs, a car costs almost 80k usd here
You mean you alternated between high bar and low bar even when you were still running ss/madcows?
Do you squat high bar or low bar?
Have you tried resetting your lifts or a deload week?

Its a simple, easy to follow routine that works.
Youre a soccer player, squatting will only benefit you so do them. And I suggest doing a 1x5 rep scheme for DLs and shifting it to before your arm work.
It looks fine, dont forget fat though its important for bulking as well
