Probably more of a flexibility issue than anything. I've been working on those myself and they really suck.
I've been training in a pair of cheap knee sleeves for like a year now. Wraps are silly business unless you need more support than a sleeve offers.
Fuarrk I should max my squat again this weekend. Fully carbed up and carrying extra water weight 585 could happen as a light 220. Not sure it's worth a few more random supplements I won't even use...
I like kettlebell work. High rep sets of swings, cleans, snatches, clean and jerks, etc (whatever the heck you want to do) in circuit form or straight sets gets your heart rate up and put your body...
