    Not speaking for him but I can tell you that HITT done to often will eat away the muscle that you worked hard to put on. On top of losing fat.

    Depends on your goals and what you want to...

    Depends on your goals and what you want to achieve. To much hitt and you will lose muscle mass. I would only do it a few days a week and decrease the time between your sets.

    Arm day is one of my favorites and had a goal of 16inch arms cold (which I recently achieved) Had a good arm workout tonight and thought I would measure it (pumped) and came in at just over 17inches....
