Will definitely be ordering Final Battle! How cool is this? You'll get way more bang for your buck then you would with a TNA or WWE PPV.

With all your wrestling, how about 1upper and 1lower lifting session. On each session, work up to your "daily max" and then back off 20-50lbs and do 2-5sets of 1-5reps

Don't complicate things man. Keep it simple. 10-20 jumps and 10-20 overhead med ball throws 3x a week.
