Been doing lots of cardio. hoping to hit 10% in 8 weeks
What does this have to do with cutting
In for 10 weeks. Current weight = 160
Goal weight = 147
yep i do warmup rotator cuff exercises before chest and shoulder workouts. really gotta lower the weight tho for db press and flies etc
I've been stuck at 160 - 162 lbs for months. gonna cut to 145
time to cut bro. 36 inch waist is way too much. nice arms

what's ur height and weight?
i thought it was oats + proteins add milk, penaut butter, fruits etc and leave in the fridge overnight

That's great. I have to work abs hard atleaat 3 - 4 days a week or they are non existant
those are tricep pushdowns thats why
T - bar rows are pretty good
do a 360 and go no contact
