And, it depends on how you're losing the weight. If you're starving yourself...not good. But, if you're eating well and working out good, I see no problems with the higher than normal weight loss.

At first, your weight loss will probably be dramatic...after that, it should level out. After the first month or two, I would consider it unhealthy to be losing a lot of weight, but not necessarily...
