I've done phat it should take more than 30-40 mind. Increase your rest breaks cuz you shouldn't blow through it. Also work on mind muscle connection. Might help with not feeling it

i dont understand what you plateaued in. You dont weight lift, so your body isnt being put on new strain... so change your workout?

depends on how often they train each lift. there isnt really any magic ratio
