I think Fedor will take Lesner seriously. Lesner has some amazing power, and speed for his size. And his wrestling is great.

Fedor has fought big opponents before, but no one as strong as Lesner....

though, takedowns get too much credit for little work..franklin didnt get in a good position or do damage with his 3rd round takedown at...

When I do strength and conditioning training I like to do this workout every now and then ( tends to be once a month or so).

Clap pushups 3x many as can, good form
Pulls ups, 3x same as above.

I have searched ebay, cant find one.. there is one under "power wheel" but, its got 2 wheels. was hoping for one with just one big one so I have to balance more..
