I don't use them very often, but one i use a lot is rest pause sets ( resting and then continuing the set to do more reps)
is doing this every workout too much??
Im doing 0 cardio, tomorrows a rest day, and gonna have to do todays workout Wednesday .
when i started working out id never thought id be disappointed not to workout
LOL i know this feel, when i was doing a late night workout a couple weeks ago the damn gym people working were rushing me in between sets and i felt pressured i wanted to say '' stfu you fu*ken...
they throw around the expression ''if it ain't broke don't fix it,'' and I go by that but what im saying is when one does plateau which is inevitable is changing rep ranges needed?
but can someone gain muscle until they hit there genetic potential with the same rep range as long as they progressively overload? that's my only question.
woke up late today so time management to get my macros in is out of the question.
so bring in the calorie dense foods! i just can't think of none myself..
