    Ive been having 800-1200 cals and burning...

    Ive been having 800-1200 cals and burning 300-400. I lost weight like hell but feel fatigued. Im gonna chill out now and up my cals to 1400-1600 and burn about 300 cals doing cardio.

    When eating half of your maintanence cals how do you feel? Does it lower test? Im 230 so my maintenance is 230X10= 2300 cals
