My suggestion - ditch him and keep your $300! I have never done that much cardio EVER during a prep! And to be trying to sell you "supplements" that will do more harm than good.....

I have tried everything.....i honestly think at some point genetics come into play. I've been training for 20+ yrs. If I don't have boulders by now it ain't gonna happen. C'est la vie.;)
I love getting my nails done. I was getting them done faithfully every 3 weeks there a while back - but man, those $ add up. Now its a once in a while treat. Have fun.:)
