    An average deficit of 1K per day is aggressive, but doable. Once your BF gets low though it might be hard to maintain. I had trouble with it at about 13%.

    Isnt there a deloading procedure the program has you do when this happens? Take the weight down and slowly build back up, don't go changing everything cause you had a bad day at the gym.
