If your looking for somthing new, Id say your going to be spending about 300. Body -Solids Power Center bench is very nice, solid and will be good for you.

I train with ZVR pros an use Convicts for max lifts. The convicts are sick. They are tough on your wrist ( will peel you a little, nothing major though)Cant go wrong with APT

If you can afford a Body Solid Series 7 its the way to go. We have one of these at my store on the floor and its a a really nice piece. The new 2008 model has also been shortened to conserve space....

damn that impressive. As far as luberjack comps...I like the one where they chop a hole, stick in a plank and climb up it and continue to work up the tree
