    I sit up holding the dumbbells on my quads then lean back, and using the momentum from leaning back, bring the weights to my chest. Alternatively, you could also have someone hand you the weights.

    Keep the lid closed/bag sealed and store it in a cool, dry place. If you do this it should be fine until at least the best before date on it which will be about 3 years away.

    You can grab some dumbbells and do side bends or go on the cable machine and do side push downs. If you want a good V taper though it is, as has already been said, best to avoid these exercises.
