It's possible but dot expect much. If you train right you can slowly increase strength on a cut though
At this point the only pill you need is exercise and diet

Why would you cut fats and carbs? You can still get them in your diet on a cut
Your abs aren't even defined its just fat. (No offense) quit worrying about abs and hit your chest hard and eat and you'll grow

I make sure I get enough protein and healthy fats,other than that I eat like a horse. Strength gains like crazy on a dirty bulk
