I've been eating clean since the 1st, granted the scale is UP a few pounds from when I started, but I've been working out with heavy weights, and have gained muscle.
I think maybe later this week we'll get some pizza or go out for stir fry someplace. I'm not really 'craving' it.
Though, a nice glass of wine would be nice... ;)

I have not worked out since september 9th, so approximately 2 months. In this 2 month time, I've lost pounds. I was about 142lbs and 22% fat.
Lately I've been 137. Lord Knows what my bf % is. ...
I was wondering the same thing. I kind of thought that it was due to less bodyfat. Hey, i'm happy. I'd rather have blue veins on my chest and arms than be pudgy any day :)
I started lifting and watching more carefully what I've been eating and tracking my ratios on fitday in April. I started at 30% and have gone down to 23.4%...so to see the OMRON go UP...you know how...
Sounds good. I mean food wise i did ok. I got my ratios in, BUT the alcohol i was worried about...drinking at the bbq's and what not.
I did hit the gym twice over the weekend so I'm not slacking...
Granted the food and the drinking probably did it...but I am 1 1/2% higher on my OMRON bodyfat scale. Just from Thursday until this morning...is it possible to gain that much fat in this short of...
How much do you girls usualy consume on a leg day? I am typically at 1600 but am trying to go around 1800-1900 on leg day, today. For more energy and stamina. Trying to get 220lb leg press. :)
