I only /facepalm when I see the same fat people that work out several times a week and stay fat for years because their diet sucks.
I'd say 18-20% BF but I can't see your arms or legs.
As someone said cut down to 160lb (do laser hair removal on your shoulders and that's a pound right there) and re-evaluate.
