Your routine is fine. You can alternate exercises to save time.. like upper/lower, push/pull with like 1min between set. that's what I do it saves a lot of time.
-10 min walking on the treadmill
- ~ 3 warmup circuits with light loads. say bench press on the smith, seated cable rows, seated calf raises. Depends on the morning, some days I feel more sluggish...

pfff.. don't waste you cash.. take 1g vit C + 1/2 scoop of whey + 3g creatine before your workout, and 1g vitC after with 1 scoop of whey + 1 scoop of gatorade.
People who take steroids are cheaters! Look at it this way.. if a guy takes steroids, he grows, if he doesn't he doesn't grow.. So what's the conclusion??? Huh???
Personaly I do ketogenic diets too, although I have to say that I don't like them at all. My brains is fuzzy and being depleted gets on my nerves. I do them because they work well, that's all.
The thing however is that your level of leptin is higher when you start a cut. This helps to lose fat. The more you wait the more you turn into starvation mode.
