Neal did NOT get cut, he was placed on the injured reserve, the media got it wrong or just assumed he was cut when Baker was brought back.

He was doing good earlier in the training camp, out with a hamstring injury for a week now.

To make room for safety Rashard Baker who was on our team last season. I could list atleast 5-6 players that needed to get cut before Neal. Moves like this make me rage...
