That sucks, good luck
10/10 would smash!
Amazing. We're roughly the same weight but you look legions bigger. Great work!
Guess it depends on gym rules but it's barefoot for me all day. I'm convinced spread toes have saved me on off balanced squats, not to mention better connection with the floor.
Wow gestapo must run your gym.
Of course mine is usually at home, but when I go to gym across Street it's full of crossfitters doing weird crap like clean and jerk and throw....
My pr was in flip flops. Flat, no cushion is what you want.
Lose the shoes. Otherwise pretty good. The Wright is too light to tell any faults.
Lol, and part of the reason treadmills scare me....
Swinging leg kicks. Hands down.
If you've been lifting that long, look into a structured intermediate program like starr 5x5, or wendler 5/3/1.
Provided you eat and rest properly you'll definitely grow.
Mickey Hart I think is up there. Everyone else would leave the stage for 30 minutes to do whatever, and he'd be banging away.
Look at careers you want, determine the skills, then acquire the skills, then validate those skills. Education doesn't equal skill. It helps a lot, but you need to take initiative to learn and...
Nice numbers. That's awesome. My grip is easily my weak point. The most I can do without straps is 405. I literally have to use my right hand and try to roll the bar up my left to not lose it lol. ...
A very sad and depressing endeavor.
I remember my first time. Gained 50lbs in a year, about 20lbs was muscle... Sucked.
Disagree with this for high bar squat. High bar drops down, low goes back. If you shoot your ass back with high bar all you've done is make a low bar squat that much harder due to longer lever arm.
For sure you could. Only reason I can do more (with straps) is better form, but I guarantee you're way stronger than I am. At any rate, the cut looks good, how much longer you running it?
The scale is useless imo. The leanest I ever was it had skyrocketed to 33%. I had done a dehydration cycle for some pics and that has more of an impact than actual fat gained or lost.
Strong as hell. Almost a Sldl. You could add 50lbs to that quick I bet. Do your hams get sore after dls?
Creatine doesn't convert ever to anything that generates heat., so no.
Probably should clarify, the purpose of creatine is to create energy, it allows for more ATP to be generated. That said, ...
