I recently went from a 5 day split to the all pros beginner routine. However, I feel like my arms have shrunk and my whole body looks smaller. Should i continue with this routine?

I went through the routine, really crazily tiring workout. i ended up spending an hour and 15 minutes in the gym. is that too much?
