Hey erbody, finally got some down time so checking in. Been very busy with my new job and I love it!!

Weighed in at ~177 this morning. Had pizza hamburger last night and puff pastries. Not too...

That's an understatement. Focus, sleep, energy, mood, and mindset all drastically improved.
Normal nights sleep go from tossing/turning on a good night to sleeping like a rock.

Life ****ing sucks. You just end up dealing with the endless ****ty days.

I wonder if I'm able to neg him again already...
