just to clarify i would do a 3 x10 bi exercise, rest a min in between sets. thing do 3x10 back exercise, rest in amin in between sets.

so id do back, bi, back, bi, back, bi, back, bi

can you go from 3 sets of a bi exercise to 3sets of back exercise? and continuing to go back exercise to bi exercise or should i do all 4 of my back exercises then all 4 of my bi exercises
