Can you post a current photo or two, as your current lean body mass vs. body fat is something that we can evaluate, and this will lead to more effective recommendations.

Unless you're clinically deficient, it's almost certainly a placebo effect or there's something else in the bottle that's causative, but not on the label.
FYI: From the information posted, you can not even remotely guess how much the OP's TDEE will drop and, weight lifting or not for a week or two does not alter "metabolism".
