    I doubt the Joker Sets will be too much. You can do them even with the same cycle with pyramid or with a separate one like you suggested....

    IMO maybe a upper/lower split done 4 days a week. Just pick couple of compound exercises and focus on those and maybe some isolation stuff is you have time. Supersetting saves time a lot also.
