Never tried SuperPump but can tell you that Jack3d will give you energy, strength, and pump.

I never tried WF but Jack3d has always worked for me. Energy, strength, and pumps are ridiculous with Jack3d. Im gonna get another tub when Im finished.

it's best to take Jack3d on an empty stomach for a more potent effect anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes pre workout.

Eat right and you won't need it at all.
