I want to utilize strength training to break up the monotomy of just constantly running and secondly i want to improve my core strength to help with my running.
I run between 20-30 miles at the moment
3-4 times a week running
not training for a race but when i do my mileage increases to 40-50 miles per week

Hi im a triathlete and i do weight training twice a week iv been doing this for 3 years and while i have strength in most of my bodyparts my shoulders are a real sticking point no matter what i do it...
Would you keep standing press as the main compound or should i swap it for say seated press?
My Standing press is plateaued i cant go above the weight im lifting if anything im getting weaker in my shoulders have u guys got any paticular shoulder routines you do?
