Worked out Friday and am going after I post this..diet has been high in cals..ate out with grandparents past few days..had meat at every meal...I eat 2 cups spinach a day

Yup..I have a bad habit of getting little sleep..prolly running around on 5/6 hours most of the time the past few years..if I track it then I'll see that I need more which will help erefing
Good to see you are training for a marathon..I ran one in May..satisfying but really tough both mentally and physically...I started another bulk after cuttting down for running.
